ABOUT US
The school follows the ISTD and RAD syllabus and offers classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Contemporary; with the opportunity to enter for exams. Classes are held at our own premises in Leighton Buzzard as well as Stewkley Village Hall.
The school also caters from early years offering a range of pre-school Ballet classes from 9months to Adults as well as our new baby classes from 6weeks. From 4years there are RAD classes in Ballet, ISTD Tap and Modern. Our Musical Theatre class is in collaboration with Holly's Theatre.

All teachers are highly qualified, CRB checked and fully insured.

​PRINCIPAL/TEACHER: Miss Amy
Amy started dancing at the age of 3; following the ISTD syllabus in ballet, tap and modern. After achieveing '3' A'Levels at Aylesbury High School she accepted a place at The Centre PAC on their full time Performing Arts course. During those three years she gained her ISTD Ballet, Tap and Modern CDE teaching qualifications and Performing Arts diploma as well as experience teaching students of all ages.
Amy has danced witihin the commercial industry for many high profile events and clients; from music videos to brand or store launches. However teaching is her passion, which has led her to start the school in 2012. After taking a step back from teaching to start her family she is looking forward to getting back in the studio and further her training with the ISTD

PRINCIPAL/BALLET TEACHER: Miss Emma
Miss Emma completed her classical ballet training in London at the Maria Anderson School of Dance, following the RAD syllabus. After studying for her Bsc in Psychology, Emma continued dancing at a vocational level and gained registered teachers status in classical ballet with the Royal Academy of Dance.
In addition to ballet dancing Emma has performed in a variety of settings including musical master classes on the West End stage, she has also studied movement therapy. For her contributions to dance in the community, Emma was presented with the Princess Diana Memorial Award.
After recently taking a short break from ballet to have her daughter and son Miss Emma now has a new passion for teaching pre-school dance.

BALLET/TAP & MODERN TEACHER: Miss Beth
Miss Beth began dancing at the age of 3, training in the ISTD syllabus for Ballet, Tap, and Modern. After achieving three A-Levels at Cedars Upper School, she went on to study full-time at The Centre PAC on their Performing Arts course.
Over her three years of training, she gained her ISTD DDE teaching qualifications in Classical Ballet, Tap, and Modern, along with valuable experience teaching students of all ages.

Miss Beth previously worked alongside Miss Amy before beginning her full-time training. As the school grew, she was our first staff members and we are thrilled to have her as an invaluable member of our teaching team. She leads our baby classes with warmth and enthusiasm and also coaches our older students as they prepare for their vocational exams.

CONTEMPORARY TEACHER/PBT & MUSICAL THEATRE: Miss Emily
Miss Emily graduated from the University of Chichester with a BA Honours Degree in Dance. During her studies, she focused on dance education, gaining a strong foundation in teaching methodologies and a deep understanding of how to engage and inspire students through dance.

Before university, Miss Emily was heavily involved in Musical Theatre, performing in productions from the age of four with various youth theatre companies. Her training across a wide range of dance styles has fostered a real passion for teaching students of all ages and abilities.
​
Most recently, she completed a Rambert Contemporary course and is excited to introduce this dynamic style to our students. Alongside her work with us, Miss Emily has also been promoted to Head of Dance at Princes Risborough School, a fantastic achievement that reflects her dedication, talent, and leadership in dance education.

BALLET & MODERN TEACHER: Miss Abbey​
Miss Abbey joined our team in 2024 as one of our talented ballet teachers. She trained at the Centre PAC, where she earned her ISTD DDE qualifications in Ballet, Tap, and Modern.
Alongside teaching with us and at another local school, Miss Abbey also runs her own training program, TTP, which offers exciting and enriching holiday dance courses for young dancers.

STUDENT TEACHER : Miss Peaches
Miss Peaches joined our school in September 2024 as our dedicated student teacher. Having been taught by Miss Amy early in her dance journey, she went on to attend the prestigious BRIT School for sixth form.
Now pursuing her ISTD teaching qualifications, Miss Peaches brings passion, creativity, and enthusiasm to every class. We feel very lucky to have her on the team and are excited to support her throughout her teacher training.
​
Away from the studio, Miss Peaches is a proud pageant queen and is deeply involved in charity work. She has raised funds for causes supporting young girls and has helped provide pyjamas for children staying in Milton Keynes Hospital, a testament to her kind heart and community spirit.
